When I created these dip mixes, I was really searching for low-sodium, herbs-only (no preservatives or MSG) salad dressing mixes to pair with my (then new) Wild Rice Vegetable Salad. Then I discovered their versatility. It was a snap to stir the ingredients into a pint of sour cream and have fabulous dips for vegetable sticks, chips and pretzels. Healthy snacks! Who could ask for more?
