Salsa Mixes

My sister married into a family of great Mexican cooks. When I was developing these salsa recipes, I sent sample after sample to her mother-in-law, who finally pronounced them "very good." If you don't live where you can buy vine-ripened tomatoes year 'round, you should use these mixes. Mother-in-law approved.
